The company
Rinato Tekstil ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a registered Turkish limited company producing denim in Bağcılar, on the European side of İstanbul. We work as a collection house: development runs on a monthly cycle, with full-package manufacturing behind it.
Our team has spent its working life in denim — fabric development, pattern and sample rooms, wash houses, quality control and export desks. That is why the offer here is full-package rather than a single service: the whole chain is understood by the people running it.
R&D, fabric and trim sourcing, style development, sewing and export are handled in-house. Washing and finishing are carried out with long-standing partner laundries in İstanbul, to recipes we develop and approve.
How we work
We open a new collection development round every month. Each round starts from the client's design direction and their retail data, not from a generic catalogue, so what reaches the sample room is already close to what the brand needs.
Scale is not our goal; controllability is. Every step from first cut to final inspection passes under the eyes of the same small team, which is what keeps the 4–6 week calendar honest.
