Full-package manufacturing in Bağcılar, İstanbul. The calendar below is our standard; it varies with volume and the client's own season plan.

Working with your design team
We open a development round every month. Your team sends direction, tech packs or reference garments; ours returns patterns, fabric options and costed samples. Most programmes settle in two rounds because the critics meeting happens with the pattern maker in the room — the pattern is revised while the conversation is still going, not a week after it.
What we hold in-house
Fabric and trim sourcing, style development, the pattern and sample rooms, cutting, sewing and the export desk. Nothing in that chain is brokered out, which is what lets one team answer for a programme from the first fabric option to the shipping document.
Washing and finishing
Washing, drying and finishing are carried out with long-standing partner laundries in İstanbul. Recipes are developed and approved by us, and the wash is tracked against the same restricted substance lists as the rest of the order — the work sits outside our walls, not outside our control.
