Every roll is checked for durability, handfeel and colour; no fabric reaches cutting without approval.
In-line control
Measurement and appearance checks run at cutting, sewing, washing and finishing.
Final QC & packing
100% final inspection before shipment; goods are packed retail-ready.
Where we stand on certification
Rinato holds OCS and RCS certification for organic and recycled content claims. SEDEX registration is in progress; nothing beyond that is claimed as held.

Organic Content Standard. Organic fibre content is tracked through the supply chain and evidenced by a scope certificate.

Recycled Claim Standard. Recycled content claims are verified along the same chain of custody, from incoming fabric to the shipped order.

Registration has been initiated. The SMETA audit follows once the site record is complete.
Rinato holds OCS and RCS certification; scope certificates are available on request. Rinato's SEDEX registration is in progress, and its status will be published here on completion.
Sustainability
We build wash recipes to cut water and energy use, and manage chemistry against our clients' restricted substance lists. Fabric and trim suppliers are chosen from documentable sources, and cutting waste is separated for recycling.

Labour and workplace
All employment is on registered contracts with SGK enrolment. No subcontracting is used without the client's written knowledge, and every partner laundry works to the same standard we accept for our own floor.
