02 — About us
A denim production house run with a workshop's discipline
Rinato Tekstil ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a collection-led denim house in Bağcılar, İstanbul. R&D, fabric and trim sourcing, style development, pattern and sample rooms, sewing and export are all handled by our own team.
We open a new collection development round every month, working alongside the client's design team and their retail data to build denim that speaks the brand's own language. Small-scale, controlled and fast.
Scale is not our goal; controllability is. As a small, disciplined production unit, every step from sample to shipment passes under the eyes of the same team.

A new collection round every month
Each product group carries a sample collection we refresh monthly, and every round is open to client-specific development. That is where the work starts here — with a collection, not with an order quantity.
Open to a single style or a full season

Direction
Your design direction, retail data or a reference garment. Each round starts from the brand's own language, never from a house catalogue.

Fabric & trim
Denim, trim and hardware sourced against the look, the price point and the wash the style is going to need.

Pattern & first cut
Fit blocks developed per client rather than adapted from a house block. Our sample room reaches first cut within 2 days.

Critics & costed sample
The critics meeting happens with the pattern maker in the room, which is why most programmes settle in two rounds.
05 — Quality & Certifications
Quality is checked at three points
Fabric sourcing & inbound control
Every roll is checked for durability, handfeel and colour; no fabric reaches cutting without approval.
In-line control
Measurement and appearance checks run at cutting, sewing, washing and finishing.
Final QC & packing
100% final inspection before shipment; goods are packed retail-ready.

Less water, fewer chemicals, traceable supply
We build wash recipes to cut water and energy use, and manage chemistry against our clients' restricted substance lists. Fabric and trim suppliers are chosen from documentable sources, and cutting waste is separated for recycling.
